By accessing and using the PDF-LIB-TABLE ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
The PDF-LIB-TABLE is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering that enables users to seamlessly integrate tables into PDF documents generated using pdf-lib. This Service is currently provided as a paid offering directly through our website.
The Service is licensed on a per-project basis. Each license purchased allows you to use the Service for one single project only. If you require the Service for multiple projects, you must purchase a separate license for each project.
Fees for the Service are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on a timely basis in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable. We reserve the right to change our prices and at any time.
You acknowledge and agree that should we release the Service as open source in the future, no refunds will be issued for any fees paid prior to such release.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Service are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights from us to you or any third party. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service according to these Terms.
You may not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. The license granted to you in these Terms is restricted to the project(s) for which you have paid the necessary fees; sharing or otherwise extending it beyond its specified use without additional licenses is prohibited.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we determine that you have breached any of these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
